Accessibility

Building a more accessible MarginLab.

We are committed to making the MarginLab website, educational resources and Shopify App easier to understand, navigate and use for as many people as possible.

Last updated: July 16, 2026 Accessibility feedback

MarginLab is designed to make ecommerce profitability easier to understand. That goal also means making our website, tools, educational content and Shopify App as clear and usable as reasonably possible.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We continue to review our layouts, navigation, content structure and interface choices as MarginLab grows and new resources are introduced.

We welcome feedback from users who experience barriers or difficulty accessing any part of MarginLab.

Our Commitment

We aim to reduce barriers and improve usability over time.

We do not claim that every part of MarginLab is currently free from accessibility issues. Our commitment is to identify meaningful barriers, respond to feedback and make practical improvements as the platform evolves.

What We Focus On

Practical improvements that make MarginLab easier to use.

Our accessibility work focuses on the areas that most directly affect how people read, navigate and interact with MarginLab.

Clear Content Structure

We aim to organize pages with clear headings, readable sections and predictable content patterns that make information easier to follow.

Readability & Contrast

We work to maintain readable typography, sufficient visual contrast and layouts that remain understandable across different screen sizes.

Navigation & Interaction

We aim to make links, buttons, menus and interactive elements easier to identify, understand and use consistently.

Responsive Experience

MarginLab is designed to adapt across desktop, tablet and mobile devices so content and tools remain usable on different screen sizes.

Alternative Text & Meaning

Where appropriate, we aim to provide meaningful text alternatives and avoid relying only on color, icons or visual effects to communicate.

Plain Language

We try to explain profitability, analytics and software features in direct language instead of unnecessary technical complexity.

Accessibility across the ecosystem

These principles apply across the MarginLab website, calculators, Academy resources and Shopify App, although individual experiences may vary as different areas of the platform continue to evolve.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility evolves together with MarginLab.

As new calculators, Academy lessons, website sections and Shopify App features are introduced, we continue reviewing usability and accessibility to improve the overall experience.

Regular Reviews

We periodically review layouts, navigation patterns, interface components and educational content to identify opportunities for improvement.

User Feedback

Feedback from merchants and visitors helps us prioritize accessibility improvements and resolve barriers that may not be immediately visible during development.

Future Improvements

Accessibility will continue to be considered as MarginLab expands with new educational resources, calculators, AI features and Shopify App capabilities.

Our Goal

Accessibility is never finished.

Rather than treating accessibility as a one-time project, we see it as an ongoing responsibility that grows alongside the MarginLab platform and the people who use it.
