By accessing our website, installing the Shopify App or using any MarginLab service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our services.
MarginLab provides analytics and business insights, not automated business decisions.
Our platform helps merchants understand profitability through data analysis, reports and recommendations. All pricing, inventory and business decisions remain entirely under the merchant’s control and responsibility.

MarginLab is intended to help ecommerce businesses understand profitability through analytics, educational content and business insights.
Eligibility
You may use MarginLab only if you have the legal authority to access the services or, for the Shopify App, if you are authorized to act on behalf of the Shopify store that installs the application.
Shopify Store Access
The Shopify App accesses only the information required to provide its functionality and only after the permissions granted during installation. Access is limited to the scopes approved by the merchant through Shopify.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use MarginLab for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to interfere with the platform, infrastructure or security.
- Reverse engineer, copy or misuse the software beyond applicable law.
- Use the Shopify App in violation of Shopify’s Terms or platform policies.
Plans, subscriptions and merchant responsibilities.
Some MarginLab services are available free of charge, while certain Shopify App features require an active subscription.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify using Shopify’s billing platform. Available plans, pricing, trial periods and renewal terms are presented before subscription and may change over time.
Cancellation
You may stop using the Shopify App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Subscription management and billing are handled through your Shopify account in accordance with Shopify’s policies.
Merchant Responsibility
MarginLab provides reports, calculations and business insights based on available information. Merchants remain solely responsible for pricing decisions, inventory management, financial planning and all other business activities.
While MarginLab is designed to help merchants better understand profitability, we do not guarantee increased revenue, higher margins, reduced costs or any specific business outcome resulting from the use of our platform.

Intellectual Property
MarginLab, including its software, branding, content, calculators, educational materials, graphics and design, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using our services does not transfer ownership rights.
