Do I need a Shopify store to use MarginLab calculators?
No. MarginLab calculators, guides and Academy resources are available to anyone and can be used without installing the Shopify App.
How does billing for the Shopify App work?
Subscription charges are processed securely through Shopify Billing. Your active plan and charges can be managed directly from your Shopify account.
Does MarginLab modify my Shopify store automatically?
No. MarginLab analyzes store data and provides insights, recommendations and profitability information. It does not automatically change product prices or store settings.
What information should I include in a support request?
Include a clear description of the issue, the page or feature involved and any relevant screenshots. For Shopify App issues, you can also include your store domain to help us investigate faster.
How quickly will I receive a response?
We normally respond within one business day, Monday through Friday. More complex technical questions may require additional investigation.
