These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Profit Leak Scanner application (the “App”), operated by MarginLab.
By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App
Profit Leak Scanner is designed to help Shopify merchants analyze store performance, identify potential profitability issues, and generate business insights.
You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Shopify’s platform rules and requirements.
Eligibility
You may use the App only if you are authorized to act on behalf of the Shopify store that installs the App.
Access to Store Data
In order to provide its functionality, the App may access certain Shopify store data made available through Shopify APIs, subject to the permissions granted by the merchant during installation.
We only access the data necessary to operate and improve the App.
Fees and Billing
If the App is offered on a paid basis, billing will be processed through Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s billing terms and processes.
Any pricing, subscription terms, trial periods, or billing details presented at the time of installation or subscription will apply.
No Guarantee of Results
Profit Leak Scanner provides estimates, analytics, and business insights based on available store data.
We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, increase in profit, reduction in losses, or business performance improvement resulting from use of the App.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, including features or functionality, with or without notice.
We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the App or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the App beyond what is permitted by law
- Use the App in violation of Shopify’s terms or policies
Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, branding, design, content, and related materials, is owned by MarginLab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Installing or using the App does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarginLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to the use of the App.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if necessary to protect the App, comply with legal requirements, or respond to misuse or policy violations.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
